I am looking for my first t-shirt in my new t-shirt company. I have many ideas in mind but this is the first one. We are a women-friendly, women-focused t-shirt company..we just want to have fun with our designs while being creative at the same time.

This design is designed our friends in the gay and lesbian community.

Attached is a sample of what we want the design to look like. I put some rainbow tape on my Beats headphones and loved the way it looked. A friend suggested I get a t-shirt graphic done to be the first in our line.

Attached is a picture of what we want graphically. Cool green headphones (color will be changed so easing of changing the source file a must) with a rainbow-colored head band.

At the top curved around the rainbow are the words....Hear my PRIDE.

I am not a design expert so maybe the word placement may be better somewhere else. Im open to that idea.

Im open to the look of the design..comic type, vintage look, modern or urban.

My printer has design requirements like 11x17 size, vector art, 300 dpi etc..the winner will get the final details so any adjustments can be made. I also have a 100% copyright document for the winner to sign so I will own all rights to the design.
