using second sheet as print area

I have linked cells on main sheet dynamically to the camera grabs on second sheet. The print can be taken from sheet two (snapshot attached). The cells will reflect the changes from main sheet dynamically. The print area can be modified by adding rows for new employees when needed. rows for employess can also be removed. The benefit is no macros, no coding and a very simple design that is easy to modify for you.
