  The location of the store isn't looking very premium, so I'm not sure how 'luxurious' can it get. The examples you've given are high end brands and their stores are super high budget.. Which means you're totally out of touch. If you're not prepared to pay for luxurious design, it will never ever look like that. You will end up with same bits and pieces you have now - lots of logos, unfinished website, cheap signage, pieced together store design - inefficient brand identity... Good luck!
