My proposal
Hello, how are you? I am Filipe Storch and I have been responsible for your house design. My proposal is based on geometric feeling and a dynamic interior structure through different levels. I used the slope to create some stars to access specific rooms on different floors. As you can see on the floor plans, the result of this is a interesting variation of heights, that would help make the house more charming and favorable to the wind as well. The house has a good quantity of windows and doors. I prepared the layout as well, thinking on the interior design. The chimney can be placed on all the floors, having a special room for it. I designed two office spaces, on the entry floor and on the first one. The first one floor is more intimate for working. If you have any questions, please, contact me.
