Hello. I added an option with a top balcony about which you asked me. This is a common design, but you need to work out small details. top roof made of wood but it must be closed with an awning when it is in the assembled condition. The ladder is folded and placed on the roof and then covered with an awning. All railings can be made to fold or disassemble. All sides trailer hinged and folded in turn.
