  Can you please tell me what’s the origin of the picture? Is it a stock image? If it free? Does the licence allow use in a logo? Or did you create it?
  
  Would your license with me allow me to use the work as I need? (Edits and changes by myself, on web, prints, photos, watermarks, logo, branding… all the commercial use.)

     the picture is a free image vector. but if you want to redesign it again i will do it if just in case if you don't want to. yeah you can edit it in AI, PSD, CDR. you can use it at any commercial use.
