Here's my first design. Hope you like it.

The surface of the face seems a bit lumpy (lumpy skin on the forehead and right cheek - our right. There's a lump on the right side of his neck and there is a bit of collar missing on the left I think). Also there's a "step" around the edge of the face/hair/shirt where it meets the background. It would be better if there was a smooth curve like in the example coin as the face emerges from the background.
It's difficult to tell what's going in and what's embossed. Is the whole face pressed in to the surface of the coin or sticking out from the surface? Could you clarify where the light source is?- 10 tahun yang lalu

yes sir i totally agree with you and after reading your feedback i immediately start to make the another version which i had submited in that one your picture is fully traced in illustrator that means now it is scalable but as far as effect concerned it is not possible to do that effect in illustrator so i use photoshop to do that effect hope you may be like this one.
