New Design Based on Material Design
Please rate and give your views and other requirements if you've. I've tried to bring the BEST in my to your website. I'll incorporate this web through latest Material Design, Bootstrap, Card Space, Shadow, etc and other latest stuffs. Also, I'll use nice scroll bar for smooth and customized scroll bar . I'm a learner Developer , so I'll try to give the best to you. I've tried to give a new shape to this project. and also used social media for marketing and socializing purpose. I can also Integrate Twitter, Facebook like page, etc for latest new updates. Please do rate and give your view. If any changes required I'll easily apply those. ;) Thanks and regards.

Mam, I 've gone through your profile (in LinkedIn) ;), you're a very renowned personality in Canada, It'll be my honor to work for you. :)
Mam, I've worked in local market and It'll my first international project if you hand over this to me and for store development I can just say that the cost can vary from $100-$150,as compared to normal website as that include user creation, session management, security, payment(say through PayPal), etc. etc.. and development will go through PHP (Server Side Programming).
It's hard decision or time for me to decide the cost, as myself also get attached with this Sentiment Blanket.
I can just request you to give a normal estimate in your budget, if that'll cost Break Even Point of my development I'll do all (or Website itself).

Also In my view, Gallery should be in main menu , featuring the images and portfolio :P
