this is the design for the control panel i have in mind . i have changed pad to a thick pocket which gives more prominent view for the engraved logo.

the depth is currently 2-3 mm which may be reduced to any desired value. the step file you attached appears to have some missing data how ever i.m able to see certain parts like inside cover, stand etc. would you like to see a comparison with that ?

The panel is not perfect yet, I would like a more logik cursor board basing on a circle with the "Enter" Button in it.

You can try the pocket less deep, it will also look good. And please make some colour variations in red, black, white and dark grey... thank you!

Don't you think the logo and pocket is a little too deep for die casting? I like the design a lot. Can I see how it works with the current structure in a half transparent view showing the old structure and new side cover?
