  I mentioned in the project description that I was partial to HTML / CSS (versus Wordpress). Just want to emphasize that a pure HTML/CSS website has a much higher chance to win.

  Before I can award, I need to see a functioning prototype at least. For example, image scrolling in the header, a real video in the video frames, etc. Also, I'm favoring video borders that are less "leafy". Would like to see more tree branches, but less greenery. Just a small thing and I know it's easy to change, but just FYI
