something very similar to the attached pictures

I want it to look just as great with as few colors as possible, Can be anti US or pro US
I want the flag to be vertical and to have some kind of person in it, make the us flag like a jail cell and have someone grabbing it or reaching out of it or something
maybe even think outside the box and make the bars people somehow??
-preferably black flag
design will most likely be going onto a white t shirt
send 2 if you win, 1 with the design on a white shirt just so I can know how it will look
and the other with no background so that I can go print this design on a shirt with no problem

preferably no words on the design
*must not have a problem doing some editing
