  How to report winning designs that break freelancer.com's rules? Here I have another example https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Kulturweltenat-1039950.html , he just put a logo. I think that winning designs MUST be visible to the other designers.

     1) This is not in violation of any rules

     3)From licence terms : "4.You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.”
     Besides, entries must not be copied from other contestants, since this is a sealed contest and that cannot be done.
     And yea, this website was inspired by Angle design for which I will provide the client with a single license of its use.

     No terms have been violated, I have a licence and it will be transferred to Contest Holder upon delivering the final product. Please make sure you have all the facts right before you come and accuse other contest entries.

     The logo has not been finalized yet. It will most likely be blue, and we are open to various suggestions with respect to colors for the website. We're a brand new company, and therefore do not have brand guidelines.
