  May I suggest you a better option, which will be more Secure, more, and more facilities, Attractive Look and feel, easily extensible, Advanced Approach, better option for future aspects.
  
  You may add more Forms easily and can utilize it for other purposes as well.
  
  and the available option is MS Access Based Approach with using VBA (Macros) to automate you work.
  please feel free to Ask any Question.
  
  I have Recently developed an application for one of My Client. Also working on similar kind of Application. Would you like to see that.

  Hello sir,
  
  I've noticed that you want the form to expand when you add fields which is NOT possible in Excel.
  The form will be LIMITED to a certain numper of Farms, Fields and Weeks it can support.
  You will have to edit the form manually every time you add a new field and move the cells by hand to accomodate it.
  
  A better alternative can be done with Access VBA,

  As you see, you can enter an endless numper of Machines, each with their own work plans and each work plan with an automatically updated schedule.
  I can do a similar job for you, YOU DO NOT NEED ANY KNOWLEDGE OF Access VBA, the entire thing will be fully automated and I'll provide a video of how to use it.
  
  While such work usually starts at $200, I'll do it for the 50$ you specified as I'm still new to the site.
