  The '2' at the end of the title is just a number to make the title of the contest different from our first contest bearing the same title. It has nothing to do with what version of HTML is to be done at all. Needless to say that your work has to be responsive.

     It is the same type of contest in nature, but the work in each is different. The purpose of the contest is for us to hire a full-time developer. We must select a winner because the contest is GUARANTEED. However, the developer we will select must be that developer that does the best job efficiently and most importantly, agrees to work as our developer on a full-time basis.
