I need to turn my website into a book. My website is:

This will be for a full-color illustrated book. It needs to resemble the website, but in a more book-illustrated way.

***FOR THIS CONTEST, I ONLY WANT 3 PAGES DESIGNED (SPECIFIED BELOW). IF I SELECT YOU AS WINNER, I WILL HAVE THE REST OF THE BOOK BUILT, AND WILL CREATE A NEW PROJECT TO TRACK***

Requirements:
1. Must convert the following pages:
a. http://www.thestoryofjesus.com/introduction.html
b. http://www.thestoryofjesus.com/part1_1.html
c. http://www.thestoryofjesus.com/part1_2.html

2. Must be ready for offset printing, trim size 8.25" x 10.75"
3. Must be produced in Adobe InDesign
4. Do not attempt book cover, only inside contents.
5. Please look at the entire website and provide a price for the total book, should I select your art.
6. Must incorporate the hyperlink text (for example, the word Herod on the link above)
7. Be creative with the layout of the text and graphical representation
