     The range for brick and mortar restaurant profit margins span anywhere from 0 – 15 percent, with the most common average falling between a 3 – 5 percent average restaurant profit margin. By using a cloud kitchen and decreasing expenses, our projected profit margin ranges from 21 - 25 percent.
     
     For example here it would be how good it is using cloud kitchen right, via a nice graphic.
