Hi,
I want to have a character created inspired by the concept i have attached.
This character will need to be layered, so the "base" character should be without hair, clothing or accessories.
Then the hair, clothing and accessories will be created as separate layers that can be layered on top or below the character so that i can have many different variations.

I want the character to be doing the same pose. So the idea is to recreate this character in your own style.

Notes:
- You can create the character in pixel art or any other style.
- I only could find this screenshot of the character so the quality is not good. I will obviously want a proper full quality design for my character.
