We need a new logo designed for our business. It must represent embroidery by including something like a needle and thread, taking into account that the logo must be embroidered. Our old logo can be seen at www.onestopembroidery.com. Logo has to be easily embroidered and will also be used on stationary, vinyl heatpress etc. Normal logo size for embroidery is 90mm wide and text to be no smaller then 5mm high.I need vector artwork and I use Coral Draw X6. Winner will also have first choice on designing our business cards and letterheads and also future artwork for designing customer logos, business cards, letterhead etc. We want you to use your imagination and design the best logo ever. Note: ONESTOP is one word and a embroidery needle is different to a sewing machine needle.
The main thing about my logo is that is has to be awesome for embroidery. Large fill areas are not very good for embroidery as they take a long time and have a lot of stitches, outlines are OK as long they represent something about embroidery. My main business is embroidery and logos need to be better designed then just a design that will be used on letterheads, business cards, signs etc. There is a difference between embroidery needles and sewing machine needles. The needles that everyone on here has used are sewing machine needles. Maybe you look up embroidery logos on google images or do a little bit of research on embroidery.
I have a lot of customers asking for logo designs and i hope to use the winner as my main artist, but research should be done. Small text is a NO NO. Text must be easily read as it is normally embroidered onto shirts and most logos are about a size of 90mm x 55mm (same size as a business card) and if we embroidery caps, the logo can be only 50mm in height. We need this logo ( and all our logos)to be first priority for embroidery and then we can use the same logo for everything else. Maybe theme it on embroidery and polo shirts with a cap, let your imagination run free. Thanks

Without any further input it becomes quite difficult to design something up to your specifications. If there are pieces of my artwork you like and pieces that you know won't work, I'd appreciate if you let me know! Generally the more input we get the better we can make our designs. I'm just more than confused about the ratings you have given and was hoping for some clarification.

  In my final design I also use a purple background color but that color could simply match the color of your background. The only embroidered portion would be the white sections. Since the image is a vector file you can scale the logo up or down to 55m quite easily.
  
  I'd be more than happy to continue working with you but this particular project is not guaranteed so it makes it difficult to allocate a large proportion of time towards a project I'm not sure I'm meeting your expectations with.
