Hi- my name is Ashley Skinner and I am 32 years old. 3 years ago- I teamed up with my mom Jody Holsinger who has sold real estate for 30 years. We created the Mother Daughter Real estate team (jodyandashley.com). Now we are switching franchises and will go from Real Living real estate to Mike Thomas and Associates (smaller local franchise with 5 branches in NE Indiana). Now we have another agent from a different franchise (remax) that has sold for 30 years as well and she wants to team up with my mom and I. Her name is Stacy Rofkar (lifesalake.com). In our area of Northeast IN - we have a lot of rural farmland and farmhouses and also a ton of awesome lakes and lake property. So we are dissolving the "mother daughter team" and would like to create a new team with the 3 of us, or possibly more called "The Lake & Land Team". I personally like the font of this name on their website ( landandwaterco.com) I would like a little something "lakish" around the word lake (like an anchor or a 3 strand rope) and then maybe something else around the word land. It cannot be cheesy though lol. Classy and simple and nautical is what we are going for. The name could be slightly arched- I like the idea of the word The and Team being a little smaller than Lake & Land. Ok go!

I am very impressed with all of these and am shocked at the great design ideas. We have 3 different opinions though to go off of, so it will be tough! Thank you all so much. We are getting together tomorrow to go over.
