Hello.

I would like a visual designing to illustrate our sales cycle (Colour around anything with " " )

the cycle goes

Title - Cold Enquiry Sales Cycle

10.30am Day 1 - "Lead in" - Reply within 1 Hour and change to "IDD Sent Needs Qualifying"

5pm - Follow up and change to Follow up 2

10am Day 2 - Follow up and change to "Follow up 3"

5pm Day 2 - Mark as "Lost" and lead will be moved to resuscitation.

Note - All enquires must be served with some sort of price information whether its a price guide, a voice note with some guide prices for their desired vehicle or some latest offerings on our website. All leads assigned to resuscitation will be reassigned to the agent if they come back through and as long as the cycle has been followed correctly.
