Project Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative web designer/developer to create a new website for our arcade machine business as we transition our domain from 112parts.com to playfun.se. Our business model is focused on placing arcade machines at various locations (restaurants, offices, and other spaces) for free, and then sharing the revenue 50/50 with the location's owner. This model is risk-free and hassle-free for the space owners, as we handle everything from installation to maintenance and repairs.

Key Website Features and Requirements:
Business Model Highlight: The new website must prominently highlight our unique business model, emphasizing the ease with which clients can get an arcade machine for free and generate extra income. It should also mention the option for space owners to donate their 50% revenue share to a charity or cause of their choice.

Machine Catalog: The site needs to include a section where we can easily add and showcase new arcade machines with details. This section should be user-friendly, allowing visitors to browse our variety of machines. While our previous site used WooCommerce, we are open to other solutions that effectively display our products.

Content Migration: Please use the text and content from our old website (112parts.com) as it accurately describes our business model, services, and other essential information. This content will need to be integrated into the new design in a refreshed and more engaging way.

WordPress Platform: The final website must be developed on WordPress to allow for easy content updates and management. The winning design will need to be implemented and fully functional on our new domain playfun.se.

Design Aesthetic: We're looking for a modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing design that aligns with our brand and attracts our target audience. The design should be responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.

SEO and Performance: The website should be optimized for search engines and performance, with fast loading times and adherence to best SEO practices.

Competition Guidelines:
Stage 1: Submit your design concepts for the homepage and a product display page. Please include explanations of your design choices and how they align with our business model and goals.

Stage 2: Based on the designs, we will select the winning freelancer who will then develop and launch the website on the domain playfun.se.

Deliverables: The final deliverable will be a fully functional WordPress website, hosted on our specified domain, with all the required features implemented.

Timeline: Please provide an estimated timeline for both the design phase and the development phase in your proposal.
