I’m looking for Interior and Exterior 3D Rendering Designer. It’s a school project. So need quick turn around and within a budget.
Project is to design a Resort to be placed in the mountain side of Philippines. Design need to be Native style “NIPA HUT”
Size of land 20meter x 60meter
- 5-10 units of two story Nipa hut (5mx5.5m x 3.5m height per floor)
- 1 unit Restaurant (kitchen & dining area) with 2nd floor (3 bedrooms & lounge) SIZE 8m x 15m x 4.5m height per floor.
- two layer swimming pool with water fall feature. Bridge across . Open Shower area & dressing room
- 1 stage close to the pool
- 1 Reception / office and storage / Laundry room
- landscaping , flower, dwarf coconut trees, mango trees etc..

All fit on the land.. sample photos are just my idea.
