Hello Everyone
Here is your challenge
Aim:- To remove Hardware( screws, nut ,bolts) from Furniture assembly.

We want to design various furniture module using "Universal" or "Std" hardware or Simply NO hardware.

So Idea is to simplify self-assembly methods and make it within 5 mins.

So you can take any number of modules but your assembly "technique “should be universal
Key notes:-
1) Only part we are interested in is Fittings between panels ( 12 mm Ply)
2) All assembly should be manufactured by CNC (Concept-Design-manufacture-assemble)so your solution should be very simple or complicated but prearranged by CNC
3) We want to avoid any hardware wherever possible or use wooden hardware (off shelf)
4) Take only 1 assembly if you want but make sure that technique applied to other modules as well.
5) Overall we need Module furniture with Std or No hardware use
Material:-
12 mm Std Plywood or Particle board or Even MDF
Design:-
Cabinet, TV unit, coffee table, storage units, cupboards or wardrobe ( all should be flat pack)

I want someone to think for entire assembly positions all 4 corners ,also is it Feasible for manufacturing and even assembly. OR another option is to use unique hardware ( minimum)

Are the attachments permanent or they can be disassembled? Would the frequency be high?

update 2 :- Please only focus on technique not entire assembly as it will save you time and you can come up with 3-4 good idea,I am interested in TV units,coffee table,Wardrobe.

  Is it ok to make the parts that mesh together out of multiple subcomponents glued together?
  
  In other words, do you want the joinery / fitting to be completely both metal fastener and glue free or is it ok if just the final joining of the individual panels is done with no glue or metal fasteners but the intermeshing surfaces or edges themselves may have glue or metal fasteners holding them together but put in at the factory?
