I need this "front" medal design to be altered so that it stands out more. Maybe the lettering or colors can be altered to make it look less boring. The shape should be the same, so that it looks like a playing card. This design as you can see is for an participant medal, so it should have that slit on the top. You don't have to worry about designing or adding the ribbon on it. Here is the current medal design that needs the changes mentioned above. You can also google "loteria el nopal" to get other similar designs for ideas, so the image can be changed slightly. Lastly, it should say "Loteria 5K Run", instead of 5Mile, and try not to cover the design so much with the writing.
