  Hello! I will try to do the 2 options, the first with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the second with the expansion in the gallery! I hope you like it!

  Hi Ramiro, thank you so much for these propositions. I can say that you are one of the most realistic about this little project. But the problem is that we still did not find a solution to create 3 rooms for the 3 men who are going to live in this little house. The 3 men are colleagues working in the area and the house must be redesigned to offer them the privacy each man needs. And also we need to keep a space where they will eat together and watch tv.
  I think you were the closest to find the best plan as you drawed the gallery which you could easlily transform into a new room or make it the wain living room and transforming the old livingcorner to a new little room so we can have 3 bedrooms each for 1 person.
  Unfortunately, I did not get any entry answering to the need I have but I will keep some of you in mind for a future plan for a new little house.

  The titles of the sheets of the 3D Floor Plan are written backwards, which should be 1st Floor is Ground Floor.

  Hi Ramiro, nice work ! but I don't understand how we get from the stairs to the 2 rooms upstairs . And we can't put the bathroom upstairs because the space is too limited because the little house has a pointy roof.
