FYI! Drawing needs to be scale ratio 1:100, no larger then A3-size paper.

I need a drawing made for an application that we are filing.
How the drawing is suppose to look like is shown in the "Sample1-4.jpg. (FYI, the sample drawings does NOT show the actual house that I need the drawing for. The actual house is shown in other pictures, see below)

I´ve attached a few files;

Sample 1 - 4 = Shows how a proper drawing need to look like.
Entrance, shortside_one.jpg, shortside_two.jpg and patioentrance.jpg = Shows the actual bulding, all the windows, doors etc needs to be mapped out on the correct drawing.
Insidedrawing.jpg = Shows how the inside, situation plan, looks like.

What do I need as a finalized product?

1. Entrance.jpg = Proper drawing looking like the sample files
2. Shortside_one.jpg = Proper drawing looking like the sample files
3. Shortside two.jpg = Proper drawing looking like the sample files
4. Patio_entrance.jpg = Proper drawing looking like the sample files
