I would like the logo to be a 16-bit or 8-bit (pixel styled) grim reaper logo to be designed and created

The grim reaper needs to be holding a scythe and have a dark purple cloak

For the banners
Just add the text under the logo "Gaming Reaper" in purple pixelated text

The whole project has to have a 8bit or 16bit theme
I added a 8bit and 16bit photos attached to this project as a reference point, to give you a better understanding of the look (pixel style) I want
