**Please note the modifications below**

I would like to have a design for my home with the following specifications:
1. Land dimensions 300sqm with 10.5m width on the street.
2. Required building area 100-130sqm per floor.
3. The building must be shifted to either one of the sides (see attached sketch)
4. ground floor must include: living room, reception/guest room, kitchen, small laundry room, two toilets and two entrances
5. first floor must have one master room with closet room, one master room, one bedroom, small open space reading area and one bathroom next to the bedroom.
6. Nice outside garden that is visible from the living room.
7. Appropriate large windows for natural lights
8. building is planned to be concrete blocks and modern finishing

The reception/guest room is not a bedroom. It is just a similar to the living room but for receiving people. it should be in the front of the house with additional entrance.

The lefthand side of the house will not have windows as it will be attached to an existing building.

The living room enhance (main entrance) will be from the side of the house.
