APP ICON

I´m the co-owner of a Swedish company.
we are now looking for a logo for our Project Jasper.

Jasper. Its a company project. Icon image can be anything. animal, symbol, a fruit. So here is the requirments.

Requirements for the logo:
-Need to look good and clean on both white and dark background.
-No copy from other logos.
- White background
- Icon image only like Microsoft, apple Linux has without text.
-some unic icon/colour of font that make people thing about the company as soon as the see it without
beeing needed to see the whole icon to think about the company. For example the colours on google or facebooks F.
-300x138 pixels or bigger,but need to look good smaller to so that it can work as a favicon on the site.
-we prefer the logo to be done in illustrator for vector design but its totally ok if u wanna use psd or something else.
-If we select your design as the winning design we need the logo in .ai or .psd file if we would like to change something
on the logo in the future. The layers should be open so i can make small changes in the future.

Im looking for an App ICon logo like google, facebook, twitter, IBM. Everyone has an icon that everyone knows that is google. I want something like that. To win this contest think more of a picture then the name jasper. I picture can say more then one million words. use that dont think what it will be useing for. Im looking forward to find the winner :)
