We need a logo for our startup project that is going to be launched by crowdfounding really soon.
Our name in english would be "Transparency of Public Accounts". The project is about Open Data and Open Goverment, and it will consists on an open portal with economic information mainly about all administrations/municipalities, and we'll also deliver more complex paid reports.

Our name in spanish is "Transparencia de Cuentas Públicas".

We want a square logo that symbolizes:
- Transparency
- Creative
- A feeling of confidence and trust

No colors in mind, but we like these pastel colors kind of trend in startups and their video characters (not too girly colors please).

I had two different ideas on mind:
- A council house with windows and doors opened, (more in a country side landscape than in the city)
- or a funny friendly webcam, that could be interpreted as an observatory (our old name), or the eye of society on this topic,

Since we are not going to be called Observatory any longer, i don't mind the symbol, but should empower transparency, creativity, and trust.
Not complex and full of items image please, we like simplicity.

The logo must be provided in original formats: psd, ai, and also high quality jpg and png.

2 versions without and with our spanish name above or below the symbol, and please a transparent background version of the images since this will go on the website and it should not enforce website's background color.

I can send you more variants that you like not only the winner one (basicaly is the same concept so not use for me). It'd be nice to see something similar, but with opened windows and doors, so it'd represent transparency and trust.
