I am making poster for "Delay sleep disorder / Circadian rhythm syndrome"
I already got the pictures to use so this contest is quite easy.

I want ISO (A4 or B2 size). Portrait for flyer and poster.
I want A4 size tri-fold brochure. (When Open A4 size. When closed 1/3 of A4. Not zigzag I want hold inwards)

Sentence or title Idea is below (Do not need to follow below make your own also ok.)

Are your kids staying up late?
Are you not able to sleep at night?
Delay sleep disorder / Circadian rhythm syndrome is not a whim or laziness. It’s a genetic disorder.
Please do not tell them it’s a “mental issue”. Do not blame them or assume that it’s just because they are not making an effort to fall asleep. It’s a medical condition that needs proper care and treatment.
Consult your doctor today.
