I need a programmer to program a software for a windows machine for me for an artwork installation.

The program needs to:
- be preferably light in size
- possible to be run with any non-tech-savvy person. Simple close and open, plug and play.
- tested with proof, and with absolutely no bugs, as this program will be used for an artwork which may be installed several times.
- Successfully pass all virus scans, as it may be installed on several computers
- for the security of your submission from other programmers, you can submit an image of the functioning program as a proof of test, and then send me the completed program via WeTransfer to articollation at gmail

Winner:
The winner of the contest is the first person who has posted her or his software earliest into my contest (and has sent me a completed program via WeTrasnfer). I only will consider the fully functional programs, and the ones which completely follow the clearly laid out instruction from my text.
