Make my logo.AI file into an editable .SVG file

I need to get our company logo (.AI) into an editable format (.SVG) to be used in the opensource tool, InkScape.
I do not want the logo changed any anyway, I require an exact replica - just editable.

Please see attached file : my_requirements.png

ALL SUBMISSIONS FAILING THE BELOW WILL BE REJECTED:

* The editable format (.svg) must look EXACTLY like logo.ai (exact same fonts, aspect ratio, spacing etc)
* I already have the IMPACT font for "tsr", please specify/provide the remaining 2 fonts
* Please ENSURE you can open your .SVG file in InkScape, move each individual object around and change text

hi! the font you couldn't recognize is Chantilly Regular with altered spacing (and since it requires purchase and I don't have it, I can't upload an entry as far as the Freelancer's rules are concerned), and AI can be easily imported to InkScape without losses. hope this helps.

  by that I mean it can be opened, but can't be saved as the same file -- you'll need to save it as a separate SVG. there's a chunk of grouped objects where the title is and you can just break it apart (ctrl+shift+k) if needed.

when i export as SVG you can edit each object as different layer.
