I am looking for a skilled and experienced graphic designer to create a marketing brochure for my company. The purpose of the brochure is to give an overview of our company and generate leads for our products and services. ORIGINAL DESIGNS ONLY. MOCK UPS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED

Requirements:
- The brochure should follow our existing brand guidelines, which will be provided to the designer.
- The brochure should be concise and visually appealing, with a focus on showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- The brochure should provide enough information to generate interest and encourage action from potential customers. We would like two designs. The first design in just one page and the seconddesign in a trifold style. We would need pdf, ai, and word format. We should be able to print it and post it on our social media.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to effectively communicate key messages through visual design.
- Previous experience creating marketing brochures or similar promotional materials.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines to create a cohesive and professional final product.
