We would like to create a double sided flyer to promote our business.
we are considering having one with an offer and one without so can you make up both versions.

Must have:
Double sided
High Resolution for Printing
Use our company colours
Size - DL Card

We like the below attached flyer called "CarePM"
but what we don't like about it is the woman with the "for lease" behind her and the special offer being in a blue bubble. it doesn't flow with the rest of the flyer.
we would rather the woman be replaced with a property and it look cleaner.
We have attached some other advertising material we like to give you an idea of what we would like it to look like.

Layout
we would like the flyer to have two sides. See below

Side one (rear)
property photo in the top left hand side (maybe with a cropped "For Lease" board might look good?) we have attached some examples of property photos.
then on the right hand side have a box with an offer in it saying:
"Special offer - 12 months FREE Landlord insurance with EBM or 3 months FREE management when you join Melbourne Rental Professionals today"
then have a footer below them with the following information: Logo, Address, Phone number and Website.

we would like the footer to look similar to the attachment "BB Large". White background with a purple strip above it.

Side Two (front)
Logo front and centre with a phrase below it saying:
"Need an expert property manager? We manage each property as if it were our own"
“We service all of Melbourne”

Colours
we would like to use the company colours attached "colours"
we want the flier to be clean and easy to ready but enough colour for it to catch people’s eyes. we would like to emphasis the purple in the footer.
