I am a project manager and my team have multiple projects to handle. Projects comprises of different customer with different project creation/allocation dates, start and completion dates.

This dashboard shall be able to showcase the number of ongoing projects, project overdue/delayed.

In sample data attached, there are multiple projects (customer sites), there can be one system used at one project site or multiple type of systems use at same site.

Important details for calculation and shown in dashboard as such:
1) Number of ongoing projects
2) Number of projects delayed
3) Numbers of projects cancelled
4) Number of projects completed within 6 months/1 year (It will be good if dashboard perimeter can be changed to 3 months or any other variants). This shall be Project start day minus Project End date)
5) Number of on-going projects - days calculated till date, from project start date. Rank of the project that is taking most days and months.
6) Days between job creation date and project start date.
7) Engineers who took lesser time to start a project (project start date - job creation date)
6) Number of projects per engineer
7) Engineers ranking on days took to complete a project.
8) Total project value.
9) Individual engineer project value

Any other not shown in sample data but good to have
1) by input of project completion forecast date in a field, project value forecast can be calculated.

Other good suggestion can be provided and i will up the payment
Additional feature if this data and dashboard can be simple use on iphone for presentation.

Hi there, I have a few questions to start:

- Do you use a unique table with all the data, or use multiple tables?
- Is it possible to add at least two days to the deadline?

I'm an experienced software developer (+8 years), and I can create a dashboard that works on Desktop and Mobile for you, with great UX/UI, but I need at least two more days.

Hi,
I am keen interested to know more about this project before starting in a right direction.
I have few questions in my mind.
Are you either interest in creating Dashboard reports using raw data in excel (already managed separately) or want a complete system capable to add and manage raw data then generate reports as per your requirement?
One more thing, if you are looking for complete system(this is my suggestion to manage things in one system, instead of managing in two.
How would you feel to see a complete system to mange things( from start to hands off of project ) data management in on system based on MS Access with VBA?
I have already worked on this type of project.
Kindly share your thoughts so we move our next step towards achievement of our goal.

Dear contest holder, I was wondering whether you are interested in a program for Windows or Application for Android/iPhone for the same purpose you want for this Excel task. I believe that an application will be a better choice for you. If you are interested, I can start working on it to compete on this contest.

  Program for Windows will be good a better option. when i generate this report, i generate this through excel in PC. so i think a Windows program is more appropriate.
