I like the simplistic layout and the comb effect background; remember it is a 16 oz. can so it's taller (think of the Monster energy cans) which gives you more space to work with.
Outside of that, shrink down the black area? It catches the eye, but appears as a void... I like the placement of logo but that could be less "center stage", and if you could also scroll the company name across the "shoulder" of the can, the bevel just below the lid.
