I'm seeking a 3D rendering designer to bring to life a small and simple architectural project. A photorealistic style is preferred, with an emphasis on creating an engaging and clean rendering that effectively communicates the design.
Key skills and experience:
• Expertise in 3D architectural rendering
• Ability to navigate and create simple 3D architectural designs
• Strong communication to understand project requirements
• Timely project completion.
The purpose of this rendering is to provide a example of the finished product so we can gain approval from the community prior to full construction drawings are produced and the project starting. The successful applicant/drawing may have the opportunity to draw the full construction drawings.
We are looking to add a dwelling on our property which will be named 'The Library'. It will be a memorial to my late Grandfather. This space will be a multi purpose building, used as a sleep out/library/man cave/ bar.
We are hoping to replicate the old farm buildings commonly seen in rural areas around the South Island of New Zealand.
Plans are attached showing the land, contours and proposed build platform.
Photos are attached of this space as it is now and I have added a few examples of the shed style of architecture we like.
