Contest Brief

we need a simple facebook app with following functions
1. user can upload picture from computer and post it to the wall
2. the app should have the following two functions "Explicit sharing and User generated photo"
3. have to submit the app for facebook approval and get approval

if we select your entry, you have to give admin access to the app, to see the functions
