  In order to derive a formula that calculates value for column D based on the given two values for Group S and Group T, it will be helpful if you could give a little insight on what data does the Group S and Group T represent. Knowing this it will be easier to derive a proper formula based on some science based equation.

  Is data of sheet 1 and sheet 2 behave the same way you described, related to Groups S & T? decreasing impact of S and Increasing impact of T doesn't seem to be universal.
