Write simple software

Hello.

We need software for Windows 10 x64 who will copy images from one folder (ex. FOLDER1) and paste to another folder (ex. FOLDER2). Software also will must to offer some settings to configure (cron job, file limit per folder, generate [login to view URL] files -1 .txt with configuration who comming from our software, and one dummy txt file..)

Detailed information/scenario: We have FOLDER1 who get images from Photoshop. And there it's around 10k images per day. Our software will copy images from that folder and in FOLDER2 create sub-folder with some name and paste here max. 50 images. For good situation we will must also to rename images which it's already pasted on FOLDER1 from [login to view URL] to photo1_done.jpg. This is important to avoid double coping of images. That mean software will check for ex. every 5min (here we need settings option) and paste new images in sub-folder. At the end of day we will need delete button to delete all images in FOLDER 1. Sub-folders in FOLDER 2 will be automaticly removed from photo printing machine.

We will also designed mask for this software.

Need this software ASAP. Only experienced developers please.
