468939 Amazon Auto low price

We have listed about 50k products in amazon. We would like a script to go through these listings and become the lowest price automatically. There are some conditions:

-If price is within 4%, adjust price to become lower price

-If the price difference is greater than 4%, ignore

Also, if its available, we also would like a report of what prices were changed. That way we can adjsut on our backend so on next export the prices will be adjusted. Please see this screenshot. We do not know if this can be done on the front end or the Amazon marketplace backend API. Either is fine.
