Looking for Android APP Developer for upgrade our existing service APP

I am looking for an Android APP Developer to build a new service app. It is a dynamic service providing app in India which consist of total 3 sub APPs. Customer APP, Service provider APP and ADMIN APP. It needs to upgrade to latest versions and publish with adding some new features into it. This service APP consist of 3 sub apps: 1). Customer, 2). Service Provider, 3). Admin. The customer will book its service like example, for housing deep clean requirement. It will choose the slot date and time available. Then will select type of service needs in terms of 2 BHK/ 3BHK house complete cleaning with its complete location address. Then the estimated budget will show. Customer will book it then it will go to different service providers including CC to admin. Once any service provider accept the call, then he will execute and get it paid for service. Once payment received 10% will go to admin and 90% to service provider. The payment gateway will linked. There will be service provider & customers signup portal & login page. There also a screen for different new services add/ delete by admin. These all services will be operate with customer feedback.
