make flex project to be installed on mobile smartphones

This is my project gyaro [url removed, login to view]

It uses php/mysql/red5 media server application on server side and chatting and you can check online web based demo at [url removed, login to view]

I have flex source code i want you to make mobile application for gyaro and make nice mobile interface for chat room so users can text chat and mobile chat from mobile.

Flex SDK [url removed, login to view] with manually installed 10.3 [url removed, login to view] is used.

On completion of workl you must tell me what files needed changes for .apk needs to be work for different websites if i upload them on google play.

Please Note : I need very beautiful mobile interface for gyaro chat for mobiles.
