Native android c++ convert buffer to audio file in realtime

I need to replace a small part of a big algorithm.
this part should be the ears of the android algorithm, we should create a service theat converts OpenSLES to audio file or buffer
right now we are using 3rd party that we want to remove, we have some thoughts about using AAudio NDK of google for this job.
