Mantaining IONIC based iOS application

Need developers to maintain and update an Ionic 1 project based on project manager requirements. The app is currently in Beta, and we want to further develop this based on beta user feedback. The app is developed for iOS, and we wish to build the app further before releasing it to the app store.
The project is a simple forum based application with the ability for users to post tasks, apply to tasks and chat with each other. No in app monetary transactions are involved.
We are looking for full-stack developers to help us build the app further. The app is currently in Beta, with Beta users testing the app and providing feedback on a regular basis. We want to build the app further, adding enhancements to existing features and building new features.
We are looking for full-stack developers who do not simply follow instructions, but who can think critically, are opinionated and can act as a technological guide for the project.
We will be following an agile methodology to develop the app, ideally 3 week sprints. We will be working together at all times to scope out requirements for every sprint, prioritize and build on the app.
