Video production: Conquest of Mexico and Taiwan by USA

I desire to hire a suitable person or firm to produce an attractive 15 minute video. My intent is to upload this video to YouTube. The subject will be the United States' conquest of Mexico in the Mexican American War period and the conquest of Taiwan in the WWII period. So, basically, it is historical in nature. I will provide a full script later, and I can estimate that to be approx. 1900 words.

Ideally, production is to be completed within 30 - 40 days. So, it is not a rush job. I will designate what portions of the "script content" should actually appear on the screen. (The items are minimal.)

I am considering a budget of approx. US$ 650 for this video, which includes all production tasks, including your research work, etc. in finding suitable images and backgrounds to complete this job. This fee also includes relevant costs for the hiring of two professional announcers to "read" the script. I will give you full instructions on how to "separate" the script between the two announcers.

(As I know, professional voiceover services are available on [url removed, login to view], and on other sites. You should arrange to sub-contract that work out. However, you should give me "voice samples" and get my approval before proceeding with the voiceovers.)

Normally, you will load the FIRST VERSION of the completed video up to your private YouTube site (as "Unlisted"), and give me the URL. I will view it and offer suggestions for improvement. Then you would upload the SECOND VERSION. The final version can then be uploaded to my YouTube Channel. In my experience, usually two times doing corrections is enough to produce a finished video.
