Need a 5 second animation

We need a short animation that will be used in various platforms (app boot screen, youtube video intro, etc).

We have a clear idea of the animation, as well as a storyboard, color references and most graphic elements.

The animation should be vector-based, and we will require the output in the following formats:

1) Fully rendered video in 1920x1080

2) Individual rendered frames in 1920x1080

3) Original project files (in Flash or whichever program you use)
