I need a programmer who can create some software for me. It's going to be a sort of photo editor.

This will be relatively simple compared to other very advanced photos editors, ie paint or gimp or something very complex, with a million different functions, red eye removal showing etc etc....

I dont want anything like that.... The SINGULAR goal of this program will be for the user of the program to upload a photo that they are already happy with (in .jpg or .png format) and add different kind of cool borders and frames around their photos they download to the program...

After that, the user should be able to save (again as .png/.gif) the photo as it shows in the program to their computer...

Basically they will end up with a modified photo that they can save to their computer exactly how it was modified inside the software..

It's something similar to what you can do with WORD... but what Ive found with word is that often times it doesn't work right and they have a very limited range of borders and options that can be selected.

I want a WIDE selections of borders/frames that the user can choose from, and also they should be able to select some different COLORS with each frame/border. Something like 50-100 different frame/border options, and then different color selections for each of those picture frames...

I want the selections to be a mix of fun/cool/modern/and professional.

I'm sure you guys know how it works in Word, But I will attach a file below showing one of the basic frames from word and then you can go over to paint and save the photo as is...
