Paperless Animation App

What I need is an app that will closely simulate the nonlinear process of 2d animation on a wacom cintiq or tabletpc.

Contrary to what every other animation program offers: a timeline and lightbox, classical animators normally work with the backlight off, loading up the drawing disk with as many as 5 drawings at a time and drawings are not always flipped or rolled in order. drawings get pulled on and off the disk and stashed here and there.

*Drawing code must take data from Wacom or tablet pc and create a pencil look, similar to Painter Classic or Photoshop.

*Thumbnail Bin above work area will serve as a stash for drawings not loaded onto the virtual disk. Must be able to drag and drop back and forth from Bin to disk(drawing area)

*Stack Order on right will be a strip of thumbnails that will show the z sorting of drawings on disk and determines the flipping order.

*Flipping Macros can be set up for altering the order of a flip

Eg. 1-3-1-2 for inbetweening.

I am building a complete mockup of the app in Flash.

It will show everything, including the drawing and dragNdrop,

but I won't have the pencil drawing look, and it won't export a bitmap sequence or AVI. I can send pics of the interface for those who are serious and want to learn more.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
